Why is there a new and repeat traveler form?
To issue a ticket there is required information, such as date of birth, email, and gender which we do not have for new travelers. We maintain profiles for repeat travelers which eliminates the need to obtain redundant information.
What if i have more than six frequent traveler numbers?
Complete and submit a new profile. Complete and submit an update profile with the additional information.
How do you handle groups?
Contact us for a Group ID. Submit a new or repeat travel request for the lead passenger. Submit Group Travel Names form for the additional travelers. Continue with additional submissions until all travelers have been provisioned.
